• Acted as Malaysian counsel in a proposed initial public offering and listing of the shares of a Singapore company on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited
• Advised on debt restructuring proposals and syndicated loan involving public listed companies and major banks
• Advised the vendors and drafted transaction documents on the disposal a shopping mall for a consideration of RM770 Million
• Advised a foreign trust institution and drafted transaction documents on a tender exercise for disposal of trust properties in Penang
• Advised on various franchise schemes and agreements involving international brands
• Advised on Malaysian corporate and securities law relating to employee share schemes including one involving a global financial services organisation with Australian heritage, operating in 33 markets
• Advised on and drafted transaction documents involving a Japanese multi-national corporation in the disposal of its shares and investments in Malaysia
